RCA Lyra 1071 Update Problems

Hello,

When I install my new firmware from RCA to update my Lyra from 1.4 to
1.6 the updater can't find my portable. Any ideas or has anyone else
ran into this problem?

Guys I finally got it to work with some e-mail help from one of the
members. I need to hold down my player button longer than the
directions said to hold it down (about 10 seconds instead of 5).
