RCA Lyra 2820 USB support

Does anyone know how to get windows XP to recognize rca's lyra 20GB mp3 player. Currently all I get is that Windows doesnt recognize the device type when connected thru USB. I cant seem to locate any drivers that fix this problem. The lyra substitutes as an external HD as well, so I dont know if there is anything out there that can get this hardware to connect. It's an older product. Anyone know how to fix this? THANKS!
 
Have you been the lyrazone homepage to download the drivers?
