RC1 - totally altering system font?

Is there any way to completely customise the system font in RC1?

I want to eradicate every trace of that wretched Sigoe font and I've managed
to replace it in most areas by using the standard controls in the Advanced
Appearance tab. But Sigoe still appears in some places, such as on the
taskbar, in window headers and system screens, IE 7, Office beta and so on.

Have I missed something? Seems to me a little illogical to have one system
font that the user can define and one that we're stuck with, like it or not.

What's wrong with it? Seems to be useful for menus and dialogs at
small sizes.
