RC1 out or not?

Sorry, I am confused. I am seeing references to people having RC1, pre-RC1,
Beta 2, tech builds, etc.

I am in the CPP and have a key for Beta 2 (I went back to XP for now).

Is RC1 out or not? I am under the impression that I will get RC1 as a CPP
participant.

I downloaded a pre-RC1 from microsoft. It installed and works temporarily.
However, I don't have a product key. What is the proper way to get a product

RC1 has been released to the TechBeta people on Microsoft Connect. It
should be out for others this week. Wait for the email.
