Random Restarting

I have a problem with my Windows 2K server, it periodically restarts, at now
perticular time. The system log does not show any errors which would
indicate a restart. If anyone has any ideas, this would be greatly
appreciated.
 
Absolutely no errors would tend to indicate a hardware problem. Power
supply or overheating are a couple prime candidates.
 
Are you sure that you don't have Automatic Updates set to download and
automatically install updates on your server? If you do, then after some
automatic updates, the system will automatically restart itself to activate
the updates.
