According to Microsoft's archives, it says;

Although when I attempt to install XP, it terminates
because it says that it needs a 64-bit RAM, when I only
have 24MB RAM, with 32-bit of File System and Virual
Memory. Anyone know how to get around this problem?
Cheers..

You can't. 24MB of RAM is not near enough to run Windows XP. It will not
run good on 64MB either. You PC can not have Windows XP on it.
