radeon 9200se 128mg video question

i have a sapphire radeon 9200se atlantis 128meg video card. (lastest
drivers)

the board has a s-video out and a composite out connection of the board.

i am trying to use the composite out connection to connect to a tv to watch
bloomberg tv from the internet.
not have the bloomberg tv on the crt but on the secondary display (tv).
tv only have the cable connection.

does anyone know how to do this.

You need to go in to the properties of the graphics card and select tv or
2nd monitor. If second monitor and not tv you will have to make this the
primary monitor to view video on as overlay is not often supported on two
monitors from most cards.
