Radeon 9200 driver

Ok, I have found which device has been giving me trouble.
When I installed the driver for my Radeon 9200 Video card
(ATI) I got the "device driver" error. I have used the
driver from the CD, it gives me an error. After wiping
everything clean and starting over I used the driver from
the ATI site, it gives me the error. Is there some sort
of configuration I need to do? Any suggestions would be
appreciated. Thank YOu
P.S. Would a TV connected via S-Video have anything to do
with this??

The new drivers from ATI.com require DirectX 9b to be installed. Often an
updated motherboard chipset AGP driver is needed. Also check if new BIOS is
available for motherboard. Experiment with motherboard BIOS settings. Look
in forums at:
http://rage3d.com for more help.
