quota full?

Noone is able to email me without getting it bounced back
to them. I get an email from admin saying that my quota
is full and of 26214400 total bytes stored, I have 0
space left.
I have deleted all of my sent and deleted items and
almost all of my inbox including emails with pictures.
Eek--what do need to do?

What type of account - POP, IMAP, Exchange? What version of Outlook?

It's most likely, if you use Outlook, all the attachments
that are in your Calendar from those folks, who for
whatever reason, like to send HUGE attachments about the
meeting topic. Would be just as easy to put the file on a
network share & direct the meeting attendees to where
it's located!! That takes common sense though...
Right-click on your root folder in Outlook (usually
says "Outlook Today" with your name or "Mailbox-Your Name
Here") go to Properties, then click on the "Folder Size"
button at the bottom left of that window. That will
inventory your entire mailbox & tell you where all the
space is being used!! Easy enough to go & delete junk
now!! Good Luck!

I tried to email you privately, but can't, since you're over quota. I
daresay you have selected the option to leave your messages on the server,
so your server is full and you won't be able to receive any mail until you
clean it out, either by downloading and deleting from the server or my using
a web interface to your server and deleting that way.
