"Program Files" -folder open when booting

I have a minor but still a quite irritating problem.

I just installed drivers for my Ati Radeon 9600 graphics card. Th
install program created a folder C:\Program Files\Ati.

Now every single time I boot up my Xp pro, that folder opens!

How can I prevent it

Type MSINFO32.EXE in Start, Run dialog
Click the (+) sign in Software Environment category
Select Startup Programs. System Information will now generate the list of
startup entries.
Once the right-pane is populated, click the File menu and choose Export
Type-in a file name (example: startuplog.txt) and choose a location to save
the file.
Close MSINFO32 utility.

Post the startuplog here.

It really worked!

It's a lot more comfortable to boot up when I don't get that annoying window
Open Regedit.exe and navigate to:
