QuickTime and Windows animation

Kevin

I notice that after QuickTime is installed, Windows XP minimizing and
maximizing windows animation is corrupted and choppy. If I uninstall
QuickTime, the smooth animation effect returns to normal.

Has anyone else noticed this? Is there a way to fix it?

thanks, Kevin

Hi,

I have also installed Quick Time in my XP Pro SP2 machine but have not found
any problems. I have not set the Quick Time as the default player and I only
use it when some files format must use Quick Time.
