Quicken & RW Drive

Im using quicken 2004 and when I go to backup my data
files to a RW disk it goes thru the process and completes.

But when I look at disk in file explorer it they dont
show up.

I can copy, edit, delete files as normal but the quicken
files do not show up in the list.

Help!

You need a program like Direct CD that comes with roxio EZ
CD Creator Then you can drag and drop to it like a hard
drive. This program is liked by most. Sonic DLA It will
format for you and you can read the open cd on other
systems. $19.99

The inbuilt software does not support use of a CD-RW as output medium
from a program, so what alternative package are you using? If Quicken
is now burning the CD direct for itself, you would have to consult them
