Quicken 2002

Can not get quicken to connect to the internet to update
bank accoun. I had a major problem a few weeks ago, and
they ha to reinstall xp. What or how do I set up quicken
to connect to the internet. the bank and quicken claim it
is internet explorer. Do I re-install explorer or what?
