Quicken 2004 web connect

I am running XP Home. After a week of successful dwonloads
Quicken 2004 started NOT allowing me to download web
connect data from my bank. Eveything looks fine and then
nothing is there, even when I try to save to a file. When
I use Netscape to connect everything works perfectly.
Any ideas or has anybody else seen this?

No errors and no files. Have done the search for the
*.qdf - none. Have cleared the caches and all that. Total
of 7 hours on the chat room and phone with Quicken and
they would not even acknowledge that I could download on
netscape and not internet explorer.
