Quick Launch Settings/Etc.

I have over 100 staff members using Win 2000/Office 97 for over 5 years who
are very use to the Office Toolbar, now we are upgrading (so to speak) to Win
XP, Office 2003 and I need to have the Quick Launch , or sometihing set-up
for these folks so that important Templates, and programs are available.

Any help would be appreciated. Need some complete setting instruction, or
an alternative.
 
Ok, if these Operating Systems are installed, the Quick Launch toolbar
should be there automatically.
If not, do the following ~>
Right click somewhere at the bottom of your bar... The blue bar for e.g
somehwere near the start button.
Then click '' Toolbars '' and then click ''Quick Launch''
If it ALREADY has a tick next to it, it means that you already have it. And
if it doesent have a tick next to it, it means that it is not operational.
