I have been running XP Pro for a couple of years now. All of a sudden,
my Quick Launch Toolbar has stopped showing when I reboot the computer.
This means that I have to go Taskbar>Toolbars menu and click on Quick
Launch to get it to display. I then have to reset the QLT for small
icons, and rearrange the icons. Now, each time I reboot, I have to go
through this procedure.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this is happening all of a
sudden? Locking the Taskbar makes no difference.
On another note, I gave up on locking the Taskbar some time ago, because
even though locked, it would gradually shrink in width -- I have moved
the Taskbar so that it is vertical on the left side, and set to AutoHide.
