How do i get rid of this annoying thing installed on my computer called
something like computerexcavationprotection (roughy translated from my
language). It quits programs i run telling me they arent safe. I went to
Advanced and tried to turn it off but there is no way to do that... microsoft
is stupid to think people will want this and not be able to turn it off.

Are you sure it came from microsoft and not some other program or download?
It's not familiar to me, though maybe that's a translation problem.
Are you sure it's not something from the Windows firewall?

Can you give more description? When does it show up? Is it a plain simple
text box or are there icons in the box? If so, what do the icons look like?
Is there anything else in this warning that will give you a hint as to where
it comes from, like in the title bar of the window it pops up in?

And what language version of Windows are you using?

"computerexcavationprotection (roughy translated from my language)" maybe
DEP "Data Execution Prevention?" (roughly interpreted in my language :)

If so see;

for more information and configuration options.
