I already have that value in the registry. I assume I can
just add data, but what's the syntax? Is the data comma
separated, or just <CR> separate, blank separated, or
all-of-the-above?

Note that this must be done in REGEDT32. REGEDIT won't handle it. Go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Spooler and
double-click on the value name DependOnService. You'll get a box titled
