Event Viewer 7022 Error

XP SP2 takes a while to start up and show the start bar and systray.

Looking at Event Viewer i have the following error :

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7022
Date: 14/04/2005
Time: 22:25:03
User: N/A
Computer: ROBBY
Description:
The IPv6 Helper Service service hung on starting.

Ne1 know how to fix this ?

hey,
i am having the same problem. what i did was i went to services, then found
ipv6 helper service and disabled this process. But I dont know if its going
to trouble any other services.
