Question on program not working anymore..

Any idea why #1 DVD Ripper stopped working after SP2 was installed? Anyone no
of a workaround for this? I absolutely LOVE this program, but it gives me a
MS Send Error report now when I try to load it..

Also, anyone know how to add the "turn off computer" link (From the Start
Menu; With the same 3 options - i.e. Standby, Shutdown, and Reset) to the
quicklaunch bar??

Please help if you can!!

Uninstall / reinstall the program. Check with the vendor to see if they
have any updates to it for SP2.
