question about XFX 6800 GT pci-e Vs. eVGA 6800 GT pci-e

Hi, I am looking to buy a pci-e 6800 gt.
I have a couple of questions, if anyone has these cards, hor knows the
answers, I would really appreciate it:
1) the xfx card claims that it has openGL 1.5, while the eVGA card says
it supports openGL 2.0. I have read that the nvidia drivers have yet
to support the 2.0 revsion, but that the 6800 gt can support v2.0. is
the XFX chip a slightly older revision of the nv4.5 architecture, or
will it also support openGL 2.0 when nvidia releases the drivers?

2) does anyone know what the warenty on the xfx card is in the US (I
live in NJ), their site just says "Product warranty varies depending on
Geographical region. For details warranty information for this product
please contact the Pine branch in your area."

3) Does anyone know if the eVGA card comes with any games (the agp
version came with FarCry). What games does the xfx card come with?

4) Does the eVGA card come with the power adapter so that you can use
it with a regular 4-pin power cable (the pictures of what is in the box
from ChiefValue seem to suggest that it does).

Thanks, for any and all help,
