- Question about resizing video...

Anyone know if it's possible to custom resize a video file to
non-proportionate dimensions with the WinXP Windows Movie Maker? Ie, make a
320x240 clip stretch to 500x240 (with everything being stretched wider).

If now, what tool could do this?

Check out WindowsMedia Encoder if WMV is an acceptable format. I think it
can do it but you will need to create a custom profile.
