resizing, scaling footage

I've just imported a movie into a Windows Movie Maker project (XP) which
was recorded in landscape format. The muppet operating the digital
camera (me) recorded the footage on its side! So, I apply a 'rotate 90'
transition which gets the clip the right way up, but it's rotated the
clip disproportionately, that's to say the imagery looks stretched when
played back. I now want to resize, stretch, scale the footage so that
the proportions of the clip are correct.

I welcome your feedback. Regards, Nick

You may like to use my pan zoom effects for MM2. One of these called "Pan
Portrait Down" was designed especially for this purpose.
