Question about my email

Sorry to bother you, but I have a question. My husband &
I each have our own email addresses. When my husband
receives an email with a picture he sometimes forwards it
to my email address. However, I do not receive the
picture when I open up the message. He is now not sure if
others he forwards messages to receive the email. Went
went into Options & thought we could correct the problem
that why. We both have the same items marked, so not sure
why he can receive those pictures but I can't. Please
help.

Assuming that your referring to Outlook Express and the issue is attachments
(images can be embedded using HTML e-mail format):

If it is an attachment issue, check to be sure that this security setting has
been disabled:

Launch OE and click on Tools > Options > Security [tab]. Under Virus Protection
section, uncheck "Do not allow attachments.....", then click on the Apply & OK
buttons.
