PXE NIC driver install

I am setting up a PXE install, during the Windows setup
process it tells me that:
The operating system image you selected does not contain
the necessary drivers for your network adapter. Try
selecting a different operating system image. If the
problem persists, contact your system administrator.

How, What or Where do I insert the correct NIC drivers
for the Operating System Image. Do I also need to adjust
any other files such as the txtsetup.sif?
