Install windows XP via PXE

I have a Toshiba Portage 2000 and i need to install windows xp on it. The only way to do that is to use PXE (network installation). I searched for some tutorials on internet, but its seems there is something i cannot pass. I really cannot understain how to add the network drivers in order to complete the installation. I did find something about a bootable diskete, but my source laptop (DELL) dosen't have one.
