Putting in a safe sender

I accidently put my sister on an unsafe sender list. The help rules tell me
to click on Message/Junk email/Options/Safe Sender/Add the id/ok

However, my pulldown menu from junk email has no "option" to click
onto.....what to do?
 
Menu (Alt key if not visible) > Tools > Junk E-mail Options
