Publishing not updating Default.htm/index.htm in FP2003

I upgraded to FP2003. When I publish now it does not update the Default.htm file and infact says it is and is converting it to a index.htm file.
 
What is the requirement on your hosts server as far as the default file.
Find out what it is and then rename your local copy to match, let FrontPage
update the hyperlinks and then publish.
