publishing and ftp problem.

Please help!

I've created my first website ever. I published it... at
least I THOUGHT I published it.

But nothing has changed on my site. I've refreshed it and
everything.

What am I missing???

URL?? and where did you publish it? Have you worked out those details with
your ISP? Give us a bit more information, please.
