"Publisher unknown" on .exe Change Local Intranet?

Hi All,

I'm having some problems running an .exe file from one of our servers. We
discovered we could fix the problem by adding the ip address of the server
into Internet options: Security tab: Local intranet: sites button#: advanced
button. The problem we now have is pushing this change out to 1000+ machines.
I see no clear area in Group policy to make this change globally.

Security Zones and Privacy - choose Import the current security zones and
privacy settings\Advanced
