Publisher Unknown for LNK?

Hi Gurus,

Got a question, every time I double click an icon I get a popup called "open
file security warning" that says:

"Do you want to open this file"
Name: *.Lnk
Publisher Unknown
Type: Shortcut

It seems to be with all the icons....strange. I can still run the programs
after I click "Open".

Any help would be great thanks.

Rightclick IE (Inter Explorer)>Properties>Advanced tab
Scroll down to and uncheck "Warn about Invalid Site Certificates"
Click Apply and OK
For your security sake, do not recommend it. It protects you.
