Publish-"Remote Web Site Properties" Problem

Grettings,

This problem suddenly started.

When I try to publish in FP 2003, the "Remote Web Site Properties" dialog
box appears.

Before I was able to click "cancel" or whatever, and go to the normal
publishing page that appears behind the dialog box. Now however, the
underlying publish page disappears and a message appears: click Remote Web
Site Properties to set up remote web site.

Any suggestions.
