publish from server to hard drive

I have quite a few subwebs under my index.html page on my server. How can I publish these sub webs individually from the server to my hard drive? It seems to want to list and publish everything.
 
You must open each subweb in FP and then publish.

select the files you want then right-click and select "publish selected files".
