Subweb will not publish

I have inherited the maintenance of a web site that had 4 initial subwebs.
Everything has published fine until I tried to add a 5th subweb. The new
subweb will not publish as checked to be included with original web nor
individually. It says it has published, but then the page cannot be found on
the Internet.

Does your ISP allow you to create subwebs? It may be a permissions issue on
the server. Try opening the live site in FrontPage and creating a new
subweb on the server. When you open the live site do you see the 5th subweb
there?

I would assume so since there were 4 initial subwebs. When I am in FrontPage
I do see the 5th subweb in the application. I hate to be so ignorant, but
what do you mean by live site?

I tried to open the live site in FrontPage, but I got "inaccessible location
or protected with password. So I would assume I need to visit with system
administrator?

Yes. Contact your ISP / Hosting Service and make sure the FrontPage
Extensions are set up correctly and that you have access. This could be
causing the problems you're having,
