Public Folder for Faxes, Alert Outlook user

SBS 2000 with shared fax service running, dumping incoming faxes to Public
folder/Faxes.
I need to set up an alert, to one or more users indicating that a fax has
arrived.
Can anyone help

Probably not here. I'd try an SBS groups and include your Outlook version
while you're at it.
