.pst file has maxed out

I have a problem with 2 machines in my office network.
They have maxed out (1.81GB) their .pst file in Outlook
2002 (Office XP version). I have tried compacting
(Knowledge Base Article 289987), Detect & Repair (KB
Article 329917), Scanpst.exe (KB Article 814441),
currently running the most current service pack SP2 for
Office XP.

Individual computer can not receive, send or delete any
emails in the In Box.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

You'll need the PST crop utility here:

Note, you will probably lose some data. The 2GB limit is hard coded
(although has been done away with in OL2003) but most people have problems
closer to 1.2 - 1.5 GB.
