Proxy Address?

I have below average computer skills; that's why I am asking for your help...
While trying to update the settings on PC-cillin Internet Security 2005, I
encountered myself with an "obstacle"... I need to provide the Proxy
Address... what is a proxy address? Where in my PC can I find this info?

Please advise.

Ramon,

Leave those fields blank if your system is not in a network. Only office
networks (and others) use Proxies.
