Protection Fault during Printer Properties

Have a Kyocera Mita FS3830, XP Pro, Office 2003 SBS. During printing in
Word, file, print, dialog box appears, user selects properties to the right of
the default printer and Viola Error pop up.

Function address 0x77ea364e casued a protection fault (exception code
0xc0000005) The application property sheet page(s) may not function properly.

So Far I have: downloaded two newer Mita drivers, same, ran repair of Office
install. Removed Word, re-installed word, same.

This occurs aprox 30 % of the time she clicks on properties button

Any thoughts ??

Thanks, Dan T

This is typically caused by the print driver preferences page corrupting the
memory on the current application.

Can you use one of the Kyocera inbox drivers?

Kyocera Mita FS-3800 (KPDL-2) seems closest.
