Prompted for credentials twice?

We run Outlook 2002 on Win XP machines to connect to Exchange 2000 server on
our Windows 2000 domain. A few users are being prompted for credentials when
they open Outlook, even though they are logged in to the domain. Does anyone
know what causes this and how to fix it?

Hi Dave,

It sounds like you may not have "Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)" set on these machines, so the credentials are not being passed through.
