Outlook prompts for domain credentials

Gaston

I have 2 users in my network that are receiving a domain
prompt when they launch Outlook 2000. They are properly
logged into the domain, but when they launch Outlook, they
get prompted for Username, Password, and Domain again.
If they supply the right ones, the can work in Outlook for
the session. The machines are XP Pro, current.

Any ideas?

Hello Gaston,

I have similar problem while in OL 2003. My problem extends a bit in that
some messages won't leave the outbox. Did you find resolution to your
problem?

Thanks,
Brian

Here is the fix for the outlook message not leaving your outbox.

Outlook 2000

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Outlook\RPC]

"ForcePolling"=dword:00000001

Outlook 2002

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\RPC]

"ForcePolling"=dword:00000001

Outlook 2003

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\RPC]

"ForcePolling"=dword:00000001
