Prompt 'Save changes to document template' when saving a file

I have recently purchased Word 2003.

Every time I save a file, I am prompted to save changes to document template.

This is obviously irritating and I would love for it not to appear: it never
did in previous versions of Word.

Any help in solving this would be most appreciated.

There are a number of things that could affect this - including the recent
changes re daylight saving time. Have you tried actually saving the changes?
