projector skeleton has encountered a problem

Help, pleas
I have tried to install a game and I have got a message saying projector skeleton has encountered a problem and needs to close. The game is compatible with windows XP and I dont have a clue what this message means , or how to make things ok. Any helpful comments would be appreciated

Hi,

Your best source of support for that program is the program distributor.
This isn't a WinXP issue, but rather one that is part of the program's
installation routine.
