No disk in the drive / Macromedia Projector problem

Every time I try to download a new game for my kids I am unable.

The first message I receive is: There is no disk in the drive. Please
insert a disk into drive\device\Harddisk5\DR10.

Then if I keep trying another message will come up that says:
Macromedia Projector has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Can anyone help?

Try cleaning up the Temporary Internet files and all the Objects in the
"C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files". Then also disable (uncheck) the
"enable 3rd party browser ext." in Internet Options -- Advanced.
Reboot and you should be able to install the player and play the games.

Are you trying to *download* from the internet or *download/install*
from a disk ?

Not from the internet - I have installed a game and then when I try to
play it I get the message I listed above.
Any suggestions on something like this? Also some of my games play fine
but some have this same problem.

Maybe something to do with Quicktime .
