macromedia projector

I downloaded a free trial game but every time I try to play it shuts down
saying my macromedia player has encountered a problem. I've tried to re
instal it and everything. Help I really want to try this game!!!

You should be asking support at the place you got the free game, or at
support at macromedia.

thanx I had tried their support first but got no where and i just tried
macromedia support and got confused. I am soo at a loss when it comes to
this stuff.
