Programs Stopping

I am having a problem with some of my programs, it happens just out of the
blue and it can be any program that I am running at the time. It will freeze,
top of my screen will read "such and such program not responding" then it
will look for the reason as to why it is doing this and that will also
freeze. I give up, what is going on? Any help?

Have you run full malware (both antivirus and antispyware) scans while in
Safe mode?

No, I have not run those, but this has done this since I pulled this computer
out of the box new.

If the computer has acted this way out of the box, it probably has
hardware issues. Contact the computer mftr.'s tech support for
repair/replacement.
