programs not responding

Help! windows xp home edition anytime I try and use my
photo software packages the programs stop responding. I
also get this during shutdown a great deal of the time!
I get stm35mon and bpapi or something like that not
responding. I am sooooooooooo f'in sick of ms I spend
more time trying to get my software to work than I get to
enjoy using my computer! I could make a part time career
out of this if I could get this photo software to work!

Hi!
how much memory does your set has?
Have you updated the software?If not visit the photo
software site and do the needfull.
Try to run it in compatibility mode.
Disable antivirus during the application launching.
If the problem persists you may go for an uninstallation
followed by re-installation of photo software
