Programs not closing

Malke,

Sorry for the limited information. We are running Creative softaware. When
you go to close the software it will not close. I tried the ctl/alt/del
option and shut it down. After which the whole system runs painfully slow.
I have also gone to the Creative website to see if there are any drivers that
need to be updated, which there are not.

We are runnig the "Spy Sweeper". I am not sure what "Malware" is exactly
but since we bought the computer on Sunday and the Creative wasn't working
Sunday night I doubt that we have a virus.
