The other day I had a problem with a program so I went to their site and it
downloaded a small program to diagnose the problem.
What I was wondering was, is there anywhere in Internet Explorer or Mozilla
that I can see what programs/scripts etc have been downloaded?
I have looked in Control Panel->Add remove programs and nothing appropriate
seems to be listed there.
I hope you can help. I appreciate any help or information give.
