program will not install

I have tried to install sonic stage from disc and d/l but during installation
it tell me that files are being used by another progam. Some of the file are
{ cc93diaa-b881-489a=8d7e-c2pbc1e6f350}\setup.inx another is
{067d27ff-720e-80e9-cf724dc5e072}-setup.set.inx another is
temp\{88e5fc68-5f25-11d5-b16f-0800460222fo}\value,shl

Uninstall the SonicStage:

Run disk Cleanup and defrag in safe mode then try the installation or
download the latest from here or from sonic website:
