You could change it buy openning in windows explorer. Click tools -> folder
options -> File types tab then select the extension you want to change then
click the change button.
Locate a .jpg file (any one) in Windows Explorer or by using Search.
Press and hold the shift key while you right-click on the filename.
Choose "Open with" from the drop down menu and select the application
that you now want to use for this type of file. Also click on the
"Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" checkbox
to select it. Click on OK to exit.
